SVRA Covid 19 Precautions - Members Information Sheet

These Instructions follow the updated guidance on Covid 19 precautions issued by the Government in England for use from 17th May 2021 onwards relating to Pubs and Clubs safely operating while minimising the risk of spreading Covid 19.

o You will be asked to sanitise your hands on entry to the Club
o The Club is open for members and their guests. Each member must produce his/her membership card to obtain service. Guests must be signed in.
o Entry to the Club is via the garden entrance only with exit being only by the door opposite Tesco.
o You may be turned away if a table is not available.
o A one-way system has been established within the Club to avoid passing other customers. Please observe this.
o A compliant face covering must be worn on entry (inside or out) and at all times when not sat at your allocated table. Visors are not deemed compliant face coverings.
o All patrons must register upon entering the Club for the purpose of Test and Trace, either by phone using the NHS Test and Trace app or on the form provided, with your name, SVRA card number if a member and telephone/mobile contact number.
o Club members and their guests will not be served by the bar staff without registering for Test and Trace.
o Children/Young adults under 18 are prohibited from using the Club. Only food purchased in the Club can be consumed on the premises.
o You must not enter the Club if you or anyone in your household or support bubble has tested positive for Covid 19 within the last ten days or if you have any of the associated symptoms.
o A table will be allocated to you and/or your party on arrival. Do not move any furniture.
o We will be operating table service to order drinks inside and outside. A bar person will come to your table to take your drinks order. Drinks will be delivered to your table by bar staff.
o Payment will be at your table. Contactless card is preferred. However, cash will be accepted.
o If you are drinking outdoors or indoors you can do so with one other household or in a group of up to six people from different households up to a maximum of six persons per table. In all cases, people from different households (unless in support bubbles) should ensure they socially
distance as much as possible which should be at least one metre.
o Doors and windows will remain open in the Club to encourage ventilation.
o Toilet Access and related hygiene. Customers wishing to use the toilet should proceed to the lobby. If it is in use, please remain socially distanced until it is free. Only one person may use the toilet at any one time, one in one out. There will be signage in the toilet requesting you to wash your hands after using the toilet. At the same time, we will request you to sanitise your
hands on exiting the toilet. Please ask a bar person for the key If you need the disabled toilet.
o In the event of rain, those members using the garden will only be allowed inside the Club if there is sufficient seated table space. If this is not available they must stay outside or return home.
o If you wish to smoke and you are inside the Club you are required to exit by the door opposite Tesco using the one-way system. If you are outside you are permitted to smoke at your table.
o No dogs are allowed except service dogs either in the club or garden.
o Darts and Pool will not be available but the TV will be in use.
